El Dorado Technologies, LLC, requires a project manager to plan, coordinate, and drive completion of internal and client-facing technical projects.
This role is a practical blend of scheduling, documentation, communication, and execution. The successful candidate must have strong attention to detail and be eager to help create a positive work environment and collaborative creative process among geeks, suits, tradespeople, tenants, and homeowners.
Although this is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already managed projects end-to-end, all qualified applicants will be considered.
Under general direction but sometimes without clear guidelines, and while documenting new processes and procedures, the project manager will be responsible for supervising routine project management activities, including:

A BS/BA in business, information technology, engineering, communications, or equivalent is required. More education is better.
Three to seven years of experience managing projects is required. Experience managing technical projects is preferred; experience with infrastructure projects (construction, networks, servers, migrations, SaaS rollouts, backups, HVAC) is preferred.

Initially, the successful candidate must be available to work in the office five days per week. After 90 days of continuous employment, the candidate must be available to work in the office at least three days per week while the remainder may be worked remotely, depending on the needs of the business. Employees are expected to record eight hours of work, five days each week, regardless of work location. Typically, business hours are Monday through Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. with the exception of an occasional and exceptional late night or weekend.
After 90 days of continuous employment, you may be able to work remotely two days per week; however, many of the duties and responsibilities of this role have a component requiring physical presence. Regardless of where you may work on any given day, you must have reliable transportation.
$24-34/hour depending on demonstrated skills and experience, plus mileage reimbursement and cell phone allowance.
